How do you backup Microsoft Money 2001 to fat32 usb Memory stick. It keeps stating load another floppy disk. ?

How do you backup Microsoft Money 2001 (from the backup facility within the program) to a fat32 usb Memory stick. It keeps stating load another floppy disk when there is 4GB of space. I've tried re-formatting to NTFS and have the same problem. I have an older USB memory stick and it works fine with that so why the problem - totally confused.

It might be the format of the memory stick?
