Do stadiums have backup systems to open and close retractable roofs?

I'm watching the Colts in their brand new stadium that has both a retractable roof and a window in one end zone that opens and closes.

Do stadiums with these sorts of things have backup methods in case the main system goes down?

Not sure about the backups, but I knew they have a new stadium, Lucas Oil Stadium.
