ya acronis or ghost are the best. you will need a spare partition or disk to put the data onto. The files from disk imaging programs are very large, as they back up your entire disk or partition.

I would suggest buying Genie Backup Manager Home or Pro, this is a great backup program.

Otherwise Acronis or Ghost are good too.
