Every time I try to do the backup on Norton 360, it never completes. It runs and runs, then stalls at around 60-70% backup because it loses Internet connection. I'm getting frustrated. Thanks
If you have any third Firewall or even Antivirus apart from Norton 360, temporarily disable it and then try to Backup.

Try to divide your data that you want to take Backup and upload only one part of it at a time i.e if you are trying to take Backup for 4 GB of data try to divide it into parts 1 GB each and then upload each part.
thats why i got rid of 360 ---- an i am a norton fan went to avg --- i back up to external hard drive now --- safer -- and if i crash it wont
