How can I backup my phonebook from my blackberry curve to my pc?

I need to backup my phonebook from my blackberry to my pc.I have lots of work contacts stored.If lost...Ahhh!

Download the Blackberry Desktop Manager and install it then plug your Blackberry into your PC via the supplied USB cable. Then just do a backup from the main menu.

Go to BlackBerry.com and go to their "Software" section. There you can download their "Desktop Manager". Once installed you can backup EVERYTHING on your device (ringtone settings, address book, calendar, Web Browser settings... everything..well, almost!)
